Get help with Caiioo — from inside the app or by email.

Submit a ticket

Open Settings → Help & Support → Contact Support in the app. Choose a category (bug, feature request, question, or billing), describe the issue, and hit Submit. Your platform, version, and diagnostic info are attached automatically — no copy-pasting needed.

We respond to every ticket from a real human, usually within one business day.

Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

If you subscribed through Apple (iPhone/iPad), cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. If you subscribed through the web, visit your Account page.

I can't sign in.

Try signing in with a different method (Apple/Google/email). If email sign-in isn't working, check spam for the verification link. Still stuck? Email [email protected] with your account email and we'll manually resolve it.

My AI responses stopped working.

This usually means an API key issue. Open Settings → API Provider and check that your key is valid. Switch to a different provider (or use the caiioo-managed key) to continue while investigating.

How do I request a refund?

Apple subscriptions: manage refunds through your Apple ID settings or Apple Support. Web subscriptions: email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

How do I report a bug or request a feature?

Email [email protected] with details. Include your platform, Caiioo version (shown in Settings → About), and steps to reproduce if it's a bug.

Is my data private?

Yes. Caiioo servers never see your chat content. AI requests flow directly from your device to the provider you chose. See the Privacy Policy and Trust & Compliance pages for the full picture.

Can't open the app?
