40 Releases: A Summer of Transformation

We spent this summer building the kind of workspace we always wanted to use: an assistant that feels less like a text box and more like a capable partner sitting right beside you.

Over forty releases, we focused on making Caiioo genuinely neat to use — taking away the friction of copying and pasting, giving it the ability to work directly with your everyday files and desktop applications, and connecting your devices into one seamless flow.

Your real files, right where they live

You shouldn't have to upload your private documents to yet another cloud service just to get help with them.

Across the board, our routing emphasizes models with strong anti-hallucination track records — models that are significantly less likely to make things up, and far more likely to admit when they don't know something instead of guessing. Helping on your screen and across the live web

Much of modern work consists of looking at a screen, finding the right button on a dashboard, and clicking it. Caiioo can now help you across both the live web and your desktop applications:

The live web: It can look up current information, follow links, fill out forms, and navigate SaaS dashboards where you are already signed in.
On your screen: Through our Computer Use preview on macOS, it can see what is on your display, move the mouse, and type into applications that lack an export button.

Now your conversations have a home device. You can ask a question from your phone while walking to a meeting, and your desktop at home or the office handles the heavy lifting with its local files and browser. The answer streams live to both screens. If you lock your phone mid-task, your desktop finishes the work and has the result waiting when you look again.

Best of all, your Private Constellation is now completely free and included for everyone. Everything is end-to-end encrypted across your own hardware, meaning neither we nor anyone else can read your work.

A built-in second pair of eyes: the Self Checker

When you delegate real work, you need to know it was done right.

Click the small ⚖ button below any answer and Caiioo's Self Checker reviews the entire task: what you asked, the files it touched, and the calculations it made. It independently double-checks facts and runs calculations locally, giving you a clear green, amber, or red verdict before you share the result.
